Closing Your Account

Please use the form below to close your account. If there is a problem with your account or any way that we can continue to earn your business, we'd like to hear about it simply by emailing us a Customer Service Info Request or Comment. Your communications are used to improve service for all of our clients.

We never wish to lose your business but we do understand that there are times when it's necessary to close your account. Please make sure you have all the files you need before submitting this form as they are deleted from the server when the account is closed.

Domain Name: The following assumes that are currently handling your domain name registration. I wish to continue using my domain name but at another host. Please downgrade my account to a Domain Only Account at $24.95 per year for the domain renewals. Please point the domain to the following name servers: I wish to have my domain transferred to another registrar. Please unlock the domain and provide me with the authorization key. The other host will then help me move the domain. I will no longer need my domain name.
